3. IT can send you surveys

From time to time, IT can send you the following types of surveys to answer:

  1. Issue surveys
  2. Software surveys
  3. Other surveys

1. Issue surveys

If IT has noticed an issue with certain computers, they may reach out to the users of these computers to learn more.

  • Estimate on how often you have noticed the issue and how much time loss it has caused you.
  • Add a comment on the issue in your own words.
  • Answering the survey may require that your answer be associated with your computer if resolving the issue depends on it. You will recognize this by the blue consent bar on the screen.

2. Software surveys

IT may be considering making changes to software and ask you for your opinion on certain software.

  • Rate your overall satisfaction or experience with the software the survey asks your opinion about.
  • Add any clarifying comments in your own words, what works with the software and what doesn't.
  • Answering the survey may require that your answer be associated with your computer if resolving the software issue depends on it. You will recognize this by the blue consent bar on the screen.

3. Other surveys

IT may also send other kinds of surveys to gather information to serve you better.

  • In addition to rating, add possible open comments in your own words. Free-text comments will help IT to get additional context on the matter!
  • Answering the survey may require that your answer be associated with your computer if resolving the issue depends on it. You will recognize this by the blue consent bar on the screen.
