Consent to associate feedback with your computer

Selectable consent on submit

You can choose to submit anonymously

When proactively submitting feedback, you can choose to remain anonymous or let IT know which computer this feedback came from.

By default, feedback answers are anonymous unless you explicitly consent to allow the computer name to show along with the answer.

If the submitted feedback results in a follow-up action from IT, submitting feedback anonymously does not make it possible for them to contact you, should it be necessary.

Required consent on submit

When IT sends you surveys, they may require the association of your response to your computer.

You will recognise these surveys from the blue consenting bar below the commenting area.

In these cases, you can choose not to respond to the survey if you do not consent to this condition.

Please note, however, that if you do not answer, then IT has no way of knowing whether the issue they are investigating is affecting you. They also will not be able to get back to you regarding your feedback.
