Feedback is an informal feedback channel for you to share your thoughts and suggestions with IT — so that they can plan their long-term improvements.

E.g.
  • My new computer is great! So much faster than the last one I had.
  • I keep running out of USB ports so would be nice if you take that into account when choosing the company’s computers.
  • I don’t like [software x], I’ve used [software y] before and think it does the job better.

HelpDesk is for when you need support to solve an issue now. When you contact HelpDesk, a member of the support team will help you to resolve your issue.

E.g.
  • My computer won’t start.
  • I forgot my password and now my computer is locked.
  • I can’t get the VPN to connect.
  • I lost my charger and need a new one.
