Send feedback any time

There are two different feedback types available for you to send to your IT at any time or as often as you like:

1. Open feedback

• Submit quick free-text feedback.
• It can be a suggestion, information about an annoying issue, or something else.
• Choose to submit anonymous feedback or allow the feedback to be associated with your computer.

2. Rate your computer experience

• Rate your experience on a scale of 1 to 10 anytime.
• Add a comment (optional).
• Choose whether rating is anonymous or associated with your computer.

Note: You will also be sent these rating requests at random intervals!
